Facebook hacked

Hi, someone hacked my Facebook and changed my password and phone number! My email was still linked to the account so I was able to reset the password but now my account is locked and I can't unlock it because the email got changed and my email is no longer linked! I can get into the account now but it is locked and I can't unlock it cause the email they want to send a code to to make sure this was my account is not my email
