Hello, my gateway shut down sudenlly 7 months ago and it turn on and work perfeclly for two weeks and shut down again, I tried a couple of trikc like unplug batery and cord hold the boton 30 sec and nothing
does anybudy have a solution?

hi,

this may be a battery problem. Get it replaced.

or this may be due to heating up of the processor. clean up the fans and then try to start the computer.
