Want to remove 2 step verification

Put this on by accident and do not have  code to remove it . can you please help.

Hi,

On what account are you trying to turn off the 2-step authentication?

Facebook, Outlook, Gmail... ?

Go to the settings and navigate to the security or privacy section and go to the manage two step verification or security settings then you should be able to disable or remove 2-step verification.
