Can't receive messages

Hello,

I'm unable to receive messages despite clearing the cache/storage, reinstalling, and having settings say that people should be able to message me. It's only happening on one account and it's been going on for months. I've sent multiple reports and got no answer. I admin in a lot of groups and people need to be able to reach me. How can I fix this?

Hi there! That seems really annoying. Have you attempted contacting the platform's help directly? Maybe they can offer a solution or troubleshoot. The fact that it's limited to one account is strange. I hope you will sorted it soon!
