Can't receive email from a particular email

Hello,

I am having challenges signing into my OctaFx account as an email from OctaFX is not coming through yahoo. I need to get a code that is send to yahoo. I have checked my filters, blocked emails, infact i have done all tips provided by yahoo, but still that email is not coming through. I an frustrated. Please help

Hi,

If there's nothing in your spams too, try adding their email address to your contacts to make sure Yahoo won't block it. Alternatively, create a filter that will redirect any emails containing "OctaFix" to a specific folder - go to Settings > More Settings > Filters.

If you still can't obtain the code, contact OctaFix for help.
