How can I download attachments from my mail

I need assistance on how to download attachments from my mail to my phone 

I tried downloading attachments from my mail and I was unable to do that please I need assistance

Hi,

Select the Download button available in the email next to your attachments to download them.

If you can't download your attachments, check that the storage permission is granted for the application you're using (Yahoo Mail app, web browser...)

If the permission is already granted, try revoking it, restart your phone and grant it again. Alternatively, uninstall and reinstall the app or try with a different browser.

In case you're using an antivirus or a VPN on your phone, make sure they aren't interfering with Yahoo Mail and preventing attachments from downloading. You may try temporarily disabling them to see if that fixes the issue.
