Please I need a human contact to Instagram I have a problem my account has been deactivated. This account is very important to me.

I accidentally removed my phone number. I actually wanted to request code because my number was obviously not verified. However I quickly added my phone number back then I was deactivated I requested appeal on this appeal Instagram didn't want any information or verified/confirmation in milliseconds was obviously verified and deactivated again I don't understand please help me please I'm desperate
