Hello,
I recently bought a laptop and since I don't have cable, I'm wondering if I can use my laptop to pick up and decode cable signals in my area like a dreambox? Is there a program that will allow me to do this. Thanks for any advice you can offer.

hi,

you cannot do this.

if you want internet connection, get connected the right way.
