Hello,
my problem is that my cumputer crashed down and when we fixed it all our saved data and pictures where gone so my question is how do we get them back?

Dear Sir,

If you formatted your hard drive and re-installed windows again,

You wont be able to get back these data

Sorry for you!
Before you format your hard drive make sure to backup your data on an external hard drive
