Error message while opening the flask drives.

Hello,
When ever I try to open my flask drives, I get an error message "Can not find script file "H:\killvirus.vbs". To open the drive I have to use an explorer. When I installed Kaspersky Internet Security, killvirus.vbs was detected as a virus so I deleted it. Then I restarted my computer and since then I can not open my flask drives.

hi,

you may open it by right-clicking on the drive and then select Explore.

remove all your important files in the flash drive and then format it.

this will fix the problem.

the drive cannot be formatted. the same message is appeared

Right click and go to properties of your Flash drive.

Click on Tools > Error Checking > Check both Options

Let it finish checking.

Once done, you can format your flash drive.
