Acer Aspire problem

Hello,
My Acer Aspire 4530 wont start. it goes to loading screen then. it goes to a blue screen, and reads "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer" i tried starting it in every mode i see but this keeps happening, i think it is a virus. but since i cant start it up, i cant get rid of it.
What do i do?
