Microsoft website does not open in my laptop

sir i request to my laptop only one problem and problem is www.microsoft.com website not open and other all site open pls solution required pls.

This normally due to a virus , I have already encounter this type on problem and fix it with Trojan Remover:
http://ccm.net/telecharger/telecharger 1307 trojan remover
