MESSENGER VID MESSAGE, NOT WORKING :( Closed

I HAVE A MAC OS X 10.4.11, I stalled the latest version of messenger (or so I think 7.0.2?) anyways... I can chat with people but when they want to use the camera, they get a message saying that i need the latest version of Windows live :(??? the one I just downloaded?! PLEASE, PLEASE! HELP ME! what should i do????
