Hello,
dell ispiron 1525 is not working the power light is blinking.
when i press the power button the fan start to work but the
laptop is not running.

hi,

remove the battery, press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds, put back the battery and then start the laptop again.

if the same thing happen, then contact your local Dell dealer to get the computer repaired.
