choose a language and it should get in the BIOS.

There is a jumper ( small fuse type thing on the motherboard) either next to the small slimline flat battery or near to the BIOS chip. Once located, pull it out and switch pc on, then switch off and replace the jumper. This totally resets the BIOS to basic config/passwords/date time/ language etc etc - Then reboot your pc and see if that helped.
