Can anyone assist me? I am totally lost...

A system recovery was accidently performed on my computer. With help from this site I was able to recover my documents, pics, music etc. However my CDrw and DVD drives (Drives E & F) were added to my computer after purchase so they are not showing up. When I go into Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager, and click on CD/DVD drives it says, "Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41). Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
When I try to troubleshoot it says it is unable to solve my problem.

I am lost without my cd drive and can't listen to my music or back up my pics on disk. Please someone must know how to fix this as soon as possible.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much.

Debbie

Hello there,

Please Run the check utility to see if your ASPI installation
is ok. If not use the other utility to install it.
