Hello,
My laptop picked up a virus/worm/trojon. Then a pop up from anti-virus.com came up and said it could clean it up for 79.99. No thank you, I have Norton. I ran Norton & it coundn't find it. But the pop up came up every minute on the minute. Couldn't delete it. So I reformatted my laptop. No problem there. My problem is that after I reformatted my lap top, it promted me to hold down the power button to turn it off. After doing so, I turned it back on and it won't do anything. It won't accept the disk that came with it. I did this before with no problems only this time it says PXE-E61:Media test failure, check cable & PXE-MOF: Exiting Broadcom Pxe rom. HELP!!!

Dear Sir,

If you formatted the laptop you won't be able to use the recovery disk!

I will advise you to re format and install a fresh windows

Thanks
