Itunes wont let me down load a song

Hello,
I have the same ipod I have always had, suddenly it will not let me download songs. Says, an error has occured 9808, what to do??????

hi,

reinstall iTunes and then try to download songs again.

or try to update the iTunes you have.

this should fix the problem.
