The product key on the bottom is not working

Hello,
the product key that is on the bottom of my laptop is NOT WORKING.

i need someone to tell me exactly where to go/who to call (not ANOTHER wait line please)

help me!! i have had this computer for months, and i am not getting what i paid for!!!!
