Dell 5150 Inspiron Laptop

Hello,
I have this Dell 5150 Laptop, it shows it getting power but the screen just stays black! Nothing ever shows up even when i restart it!??

Sir,

You can remove the battery for 10 minutes,

Plug it back again

Then plug the power cord and start the laptop!
