Cannot sign in

Hello,

I cannot sign into my messenger it gives me trouble shoot and the the key ports there is an interrogative mark

Hye there,

Please check your cables and internet connection if working properly,

Then please check your time and date settings. and also the timezone!

Also verify if your firewall is not blocking MSN messenger access,

Go in Control Panel, Open Windows Firewall,

If you see that it's blocking MSN messenger just add it to the exception list
