Hye there,
This is a very common problem,
to solve this just try this:
Start –> Run –> regedit. The registry editor will open. Go to the following key:
In the right hand pane, see if there is a value called NoFolderOptions
If yes then change it’s value to 0.
1 means hide options and 0 means show options.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer
