typing is not good on the internet Closed

Hello,
     So i just got a new dell inspiron 1440 just a few days ago. It has windows vista home premium, but the typing is horrible on the internet but everything else when typing on the computer is fine just on the internet i have to press each letter twice and its really annoying.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
