Missing Address Bar

Hello,

About half of the time that I open Internet Explorer, the address bar does not show: a section of the desktop is frozen in its place. The only way that I can fix this is to close out IE and reopen it. Eventually it opens up without freezing the desktop in place of the address bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have the same problem...it just started happening. Any fixes or ideas?

Most of users here are having this problem with Internet Explorer 8.0,

Hello, so I reinstalled messenger, cleared data and cache, because it was acting up.

Now I don't see all new unicode emojis, pic:


What I see instead are emojis from messenger mixed with my keyboard of choice (doesn't matter if it's SwiftKey or Gboard), pic:

What I tried:
1. Reinstalling Messenger, SwiftKey and Gboard
2. Clearing data and cache
3. Restarting phone
4. Installing older versions of messenger and updating
5. Waiting for the next update
6. Function "Use messenger emojis" is either non existent on my phone or no longer being an option

please help ????
