Hello,

MY IPOD hung today and post that i pressed menu + center key. I see the Apple logo but it takes me straight to support screen. Please tell me how do i fix this.

you may have to wait for the batteries to run out, then charge and restart it. is there a small reset button you can press with a pin on your model? which ipod is it?
