Text connection

i have installed sqlserver 2000 software in my pc. how i can connect text connection for the asp.net
how i call sqlconnection cn=new sqlconnection ( "data source=(local); initial catalog=Education;Internate security=true");


And how we open the sql server 2005 to connect connection work;
