No internet access but have a successfll d li

Hello,
I have a new Asus lap top and cannot get wireless internet connection through our D Link wireless router ,the laptop picks up the router and can connect but does not give internet access we also have another laptop that connects and gives internet access OK so it is not a D Link operation problem can you help or advise

Hye there,

If your wireless network is secured,

You will need to use the WEP security key to have access to the internet,

You will have to enter the WEP key to your Wireless settings
