control volume Closed

Question

Hello,

I have lost Volume Control from the right side of my Task Bar. When I try to add it from the Control Panel, I get a message that the Volume Control program does not exist. Where can I download the Windows XP Volume Control program?  I have searched and try fixing it but get nowhere.

Configuration: Windows XP
