Problem with Registry

Hello,
Can you help me?

My PC have problems with registry, and some times it shows that "registry editing has been disabled by administrator". And it also shows "Task manager has been disable by your administrator".
What should i do?

if its a company computer

the best solution is to contact your computer administrator
