How to laptop to pc to use internet

Hello,
i want to connect my laptop with my pc to access internet ....
im having internet connection on my pc im having two lan card install on my pc
but im having windows XP on my pc and windows vista on my laptop......

Take a look on this Internet Connection Sharing tutorial, enable it on that PC to share Internet connection.

I had arrange all those configuration bt the problem is the same internet is not running on laptop
both lan cards are installed on PC getting full ping from both peer bt unfortunate not sharing internet......
plz help me in detail.
