The disk in H is not formattedClosed

Hello,
sir i got a 240 gb pendrine. but it is not working properly. when i try to open it the msg. displays is 
The disk in H is not formatted. Do you want to format it.
but when i press ok t does not format pendrive. and also it is not opened. pls tell me what should i do to open my pendrive.

thanks sir for your reply. but this tool didn,t work it works for another pen drive very well. it formatted the another 4 gb pen drive but when i tried to use it for my pen drive it gave the msg. that volume is too big. i have told you that it is 240 gb pen drive. please suggest some other tool that can format this pen drive.
