Dear Sir,
First of all you will have to get your GPRS settings,
Please contact your network provider customer service
Then install PC suite for Sony Ericsson

Download it and install to your computer,
Connect the phone to your computer using the data cable
Then select the option 'Connect to Internet'
Your phone will act as a modem and you will be able to connect to the internet
