Hello, my computer is infected with virus, i could not open any program or go on line. please help

Computer program is not opening

End it all program - Download - Cleaning and optimization

Coagula program - Download - Other
Jarfix program - Download - Other

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to update your antivirus, and also update your windows system

Then scan the whole system, this should fix the problem,

Or you can recover the windows system to factory settings using the recovery cd
