Windows error

Hello,
i have 1 proble i cant solve it . I know some1 tell that this problem solved but i cant solve it .
So i am instrested in Java, i downloaded instalation from java.com and when instalation finished and i'm getting the same error:
"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"
I tryed to install all versions of java , tryed to reinstal windows, install sp3 ,off firewall ,now i using windows 7, and this error
persecute me.
help please

please use a download manager
that supports resume so that you are sure the
data being downloaded is not corrupt
