My computer wont run a copy of windows vista

Hello There,

I burnt a DVD containing windows vista sp2 and it runs fine on my laptop but when i put it in my computer it dosen't boot but yet it will on my laptop.

I burnt 3 copies of it thinking it was the cd problem but it carn't be as it works on my laptop.
if anyone knows how to solve or has a solution please answer (:
