Hi there!
You can always check with your telecommunications provider what addresses/IP you should set your phone. Different providers have different configurations.

if it is problam with ur phone
restore ur phone (or) format ur phone,the entire settings will be deleated;
get ur new settings and start browsing it works.
if not
just update ur software once .
if ur phone is ok
