 my laptop cotrol pannel isn't open  any major problem or small problem .how to set control pannel ,or any other  way to will saw control panel

hi there,

open  the services console (Start --> Run --> "services.msc") and stopping the following services (will also stop ReadyBoost):

SL UI Notification Service
Software Licensing Service

Then start both back up starting with Software Licensing Service.
