I have lost my login for facebook
can you help me. i do kow my pass word?

Hello Sir,

You open the facebook webpage

Click on Forgot password at the top of the page

Enter the security check and just enter your email address you always use to log in on facebook

Then the password will be reset and be sent in your email inbox

i have not lost my password. i no the password.
i have lost my email address to log in to facebook.
i tryed to change it when i was logged on and now i don't no what my login name was.
facebook are not helping me in any way and I'm going mental because i just wana get back on to my profile.
