Internet cannot display the webpage

Hello,
I have recently been having this problem when I go to click on a video from any site, instead of opening the video up, it says "internet explorer cannot display the webpage". Im using windows vista with SP1. Nothing has change as far as media players. I always have used WMP. I would appericate the help. If anymore info is needed please ask and I will do my best to answer you.
