Hp laptop won't turn on

Hello,
i have problem with turning on my laptop. once i turn it on it kin of wants to start it and you hear cooler sound but after a second collers speed foes down and it stays in that mode. it gives a feeling like it is in sleep mode and when you turn it it goes to sleep directly.

process its for emergency recovery

F8 key and boot from safe mode
