Dear Wandead,
Normally in order to use a disk for the first time, you need to format it.
This allows you to access to the disk hence.
The same applies if the disk is having some troubles reading the information contained in the disk.
The only solution will be formatting it but however you will lose the data saved into it.

I used Easeus data recovery wizard. It scans your drive and finds all the lost files - even AFTER you reformat it. If you do need to reformat - I suggest doing a quick format as to not overwrite any files.

but from the bootable cd i haven't tried. i won't too because i loss all the files and photos of mine which are very important.
plz give me aanother solution.
