Can i get music from my brother's iPod Touch?

Hello,
I am iPhone user and i have a question about it.
Does any know if i could share music from my brother's songs on his iPod Touch with my computer while keeping old songs intact,i mean i don't wanna lose my own songs on my iPhone and hope his music on his Touch also keep intact. So if anyone can figure it out whatever it needs some cost or free i'll appreciate it.

most likely no you cant.

i have tried plenty of time and messed around with ipods alot you can share music unless you have the actual songs in you itunes library
