email will not open Closed

Question

Hello,
My email will not open, no message just the disk going round as though it is trying to open, I tried the firefox as mentioned before but user agent options disabled

Dear Sir,

If it isn't a problem about the connection settings and not about the browser,

please consider contacting the specific mail support team and explain them the 

problem that you are having. They should indicate you whether you account 

has been disabled or whatever.
