Problem with My CD/DVD ROM

Hello everybody

i just have a Problem with my CD/DVD ROM , i used to see it in my Computers , but these days i dont know what happened , if i open my Computer its no longer there.. , but the CD/dvd ROM stilll Light green whenever i put a cd or dvd, and the other think is when i tried to Restart my Laptop with an XP CD on it , it automaticaly recognised the Cd and i went on to Repair the OS, but still not luck of seing it on my computer ...


Please can anybody help me fix this Please ??
