Direction of Writing on Hard Disk

Hello, From which Track Hard Disk Drive(HDD) starts writing first chunk of data?
And in which direction?(Whether towards center os towards outer track?)
Can we change that direction?

hello,

its towards outer track and also nevr try to change it by openning the casing of the hdd or whatever mean your hdd will be old then. you cannot change the way it reads nor writes.
