Frozen Cursor

I have a Toshiba laptop . Cursor freezes at times when surfing internet from 1 website to other when in the midst of transfering data. All function comes to a standstill.Tried everything but failed. Have to do power off shut down cos nothing move. Have done clean up and fragmentation but still does not work. Any Sifus can help. Thxs

Dear Sir,

Please check out if your virtual memory is not too low and hence update your RAM memory.

This should fix the problem.

Thanks iveal. It is not the RAM as I have upgraded to 4GB. I have stepped up cleaning with Kaspersky and it seem to help. My freezing seem to ease off and hoping it will go away for good.
