unable to open the drives on double click Closed

Hello,
 i am not able to open the drives in my computer on double click, when i followed the procedure shown here, after the step 3, that is when i type the command "del autorun.inf" its showing an error that "could not find c:\autorun.inf" plz can anyone help me regarding this to rectify my problem, awaiting for quick response.

a lot of dvd / cd drive problems can be fixed with the following microsoft article.
