Download both of theese dirvers and restart your laptop.
If it doesn't work, go to: Start menu, type in "Device Manager" and then click on Network Adapters. If any of the Network Adapters have a (small) warning sign next to it, then ritght click on them and then uninstall. It will uninstall the drivers and when you restart the operating system will install them itself.
