Cannot log into my computer

Hey! i have a problem with my computer.when i power it on, a blue screen with white words flashes on the screen showing me to remove some newly installedprograms and to check whether my files have viruses.The problem is that i cannot log in and verify whether there is avirus.i cannot format bcoz i fear to loss my files. Pliz what cuold be the problem and how can i solve it?
