I can't open all the folder in my external

Hello,
i can open all the folder in my external hardrive, if i will the folder it will just reappear the all the folders.. i can't access the files inside the folder,,, is this some kind of a virus?
i need your help badly...please help

Please right click on the folder and select explore.

ive already done that sir but still i can not open even get worst the virus has been infected my OS now i can not open my user password..if i type my password it says " my password is not correct " please help me...
